Accuracy

Corrections policy

A transparent process for correcting outdated, incomplete or inaccurate survey-software information.

What to send

Use the contact form and include the exact page URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, the proposed correction and a current primary source. Screenshots are useful for logged-in product areas, but a stable public documentation link is preferred.

What happens next

  1. We verify the claim against the strongest available source.
  2. We assess whether the change affects only a fact or also the score, category fit or verdict.
  3. We update the relevant page and machine-readable data.
  4. Material corrections are recorded in the changelog when that record launches.

What is not a correction

A vendor preference, unverified marketing statement or request to improve placement is not a factual correction. Differences in editorial judgment are reviewed against the published scoring model.
